Job Summary
Market Access-RD Lead in Shanghai responsible for shaping regional market access strategies for Rare Disease, aligning with national policies and local environment, engaging government agencies, and driving NRDL-related activities. Lead provincial team, develop cross-functional collaboration to secure NRDL listing, NVBP/LVBP implementation, and ensure policy landing. Build relationships with regulators and stakeholders to optimize the regional ecosystem, supervise public affairs tasks, and develop talent for a high-performing regional access team.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Medicine or pharmaceuticals
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- More than 10 years working experience in government ministries or in foreign pharmaceutical companies in similar capacity
- Strong leadership and organization management skills
- Excellent work relationship with local officials
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good capacity in organization and management
- Proficiency in English
