Job Summary

Partner with referring providers, independent diagnostic imaging centers, and non-national accounts hospitals to ensure favorable portfolio access and implement Lantheus' broader market access strategy. Serve as a subject matter expert to prevent and address access and reimbursement issues, providing proactive education, reimbursement support, and problem-solving strategies to customers in your defined geographical territory. Educate customers on Lantheus Link services, support patient referrals from submission to scan completion, and identify territory business plan opportunities by positioning Lantheus products and services. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to achieve business goals while monitoring market conditions and payer policies to inform critical decisions. This field-based role requires 60%+ travel and reporting to the Head of Market Access Leaders within a high-growth market access team focused on precision medicine and radiopharmaceutical solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of coverage, coding, payment, and policy experience within the diagnostics, biotech, and/or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of the US payer market
  • Experience with both commercial and public payers
  • Understands the process for approving treatments and imaging agents within the payer community
  • Field-based role
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to organize own work without continuous direct supervision
  • Ability to travel (60% +)

Desired Qualifications

  • Advance degree
  • Preferred experience working in a hub model
  • Preferred access and reimbursement experience specifically in radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, or diagnostics
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional working environment
  • Successful decision-making, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated track record of strategic impact in defining and executing complex customer experience roadmaps while driving for innovative results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop credible relationships at high levels within accounts
  • Possesses strong business acumen negotiation and presentation skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
