Job Summary
Lead end-to-end market access strategies for assigned CVRM brands in Egypt, aligning with brand and country goals; develop pricing, contracting, and governance to ensure sustainable price positioning; build and maintain relationships with key payers and decision-makers to drive listings, HTA outcomes, and reimbursement decisions; lead cross-functional collaboration to design access solutions that improve adoption and affordability while meeting financial objectives; generate payer-specific evidence strategies and communicate the clinical and economic value of therapies to support evidence-based decision-making and market access decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Market Access experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies
- Experience in pricing, contracting, and governance for medicines
- Payer engagement and negotiations with key accounts
- Formulary positioning and reimbursement decision support
- Cross-functional leadership with Medical, Commercial, and Finance
- Evidence generation and value communication for HTA and value-based care
- Knowledge of HTA, payer landscape, and policy developments
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business analytics skills
- Negotiation and stakeholder management
- Leadership and people-management capabilities
