Job Summary
Design, develop, and automate low-latency systems including market connectivity gateways, market data handlers, and internal matching components. Build resilient, distributed architectures that meet stringent high-availability and ultra-low-latency requirements while writing high-quality, reusable C++ code focused on performance and maintainability. Contribute to a Continuous Delivery culture by building automated tests, improving CI/CD pipelines, and enhancing developer tooling. Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to uphold engineering excellence. Strong hands-on experience in modern C++ (C++11/14) is required, along with a solid understanding of software design principles and performance-driven development.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in modern C++ (C++11/14) through professional work, personal projects, or open-source contributions.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and performance-driven development.
- Detail-oriented, quality-focused mindset with a passion for clean and robust code.
- No prior finance or trading experience required strong engineering fundamentals are what matter most.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with C++17 and familiarity with template metaprogramming; curiosity or exposure to C++20/23/26 is a plus.
- Proficiency in multi-threaded programming, concurrency control, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on development experience in Linux environments.
- Understanding of network programming, low-level protocols, and socket APIs.
- Ability to script or automate tasks using Python.
