Market Access and Government Affairs Manager

Lead the development and execution of market access and government affairs strategy to secure optimal reimbursement and access for pipeline products across Indonesia. Drive cross-functional collaboration to formulate strategic partnership frameworks, identify external stakeholders, and manage outreach to government bodies, public health parties, and patient advocacy groups. Execute government affairs plans to build trust with key policy makers while developing and defending differentiated value propositions to private and public payers. Prioritize strategies based on opportunity size and lead matrix leadership projects to implement implementation plans for appropriate customers, products, and channels. Work closely with finance, marketing, medical, sales, legal, and compliance teams to gain buy-in for strategy execution.
