Job Summary
Review and manage market abuse alerts generated through Bloomberg BTCA by analyzing trading activity, identifying potential insider dealing or market manipulation, documenting investigations, and escalating suspicious cases in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. This short-term freelance assignment spans approximately 10 to 12 days within the next quarter for a Private Bank in Luxembourg. The role requires bilingual French and English proficiency, experience in compliance or trade surveillance within financial services, and solid knowledge of MAR/MAD/TMON regulations.
