Responsible for ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs, adhering to internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS), planning or contributing to unit budgets, allocating resources, and maintaining manufacturing costs. Executes, supervises or manages front-end manufacturing processes per specified procedures, including preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitoring related hand-stock, processing components or semi-products/products to specifications and quality standards, and performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC/SPS programming if required. Cooperates with maintenance technicians and external service providers for repair issues. Promotes an open, collaborative culture and opportunities for global/local impact.
