Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs, participate in shrink reduction goals, and ensure a safe environment through safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as business needs dictate. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay range is $16.90 to $17.40 per hour.
