Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store; supports store culture with honesty and integrity; accurately rings purchases/returns and processes transactions; promotes credit and loyalty programs; assists with merchandising and recovery; participates in safety and adherence to labor laws and loss-prevention standards; contributes to store goals and offers a positive, collaborative environment. Location-specific duties include supporting customers at the Dickinson, ND TJX Store with flexible scheduling and the potential to work across departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Capable of multi-tasking
