Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas, ring purchases/returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, assist with merchandising and stock preparation, participate in store recovery and safety practices, and uphold loss-prevention standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, honesty and integrity, and supporting store objectives through accurate cash handling, merchandise processing, and adherence to procedures. Required Qualifications
