Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience in a retail store environment for HomeGoods/TJX family, engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, merchandising, processing merchandise for the sales floor, store recovery, maintaining cleanliness, supporting loss-prevention standards, and participating in safety and shrink-reduction initiatives. The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, a flexible schedule, and physical ability to lift heavy objects.
