Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery, merchandising procedures, and shrink reduction goals. Participate in safety awareness and accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
