Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Support store needs through cross-training, merchandising procedures, and sales floor recovery. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and store recovery as needed throughout the day. Provide and accept constructive feedback while upholding labor laws and policies. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, capable of multi-tasking and lifting heavy objects. Starting pay is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
