Job Summary
Conduct meaningful assignments across subsea, technical, or corporate tracks including vessel operations, risk assessments, contract follow-up, and supply chain projects. Rotate through relevant departments while collaborating with offshore and onshore teams, supported by supervisors and mentors throughout the structured 18-month programme. Gain insight into global offshore services, business functions, and project execution from early on. This cohort begins in August 2027, combining practical work with academic modules in Norway, Singapore, Copenhagen, and London.
Required Qualifications
- A master's degree in engineering, marine technology, mechanical/subsea technology, law, industrial economics, finance, business, supply chain management or similar
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical skills
- A business mindset
- An interest in technology and maritime operations
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Security suitability assessment (including background check and affiliation to high-risk countries)
