Maritime Tech Co-Founder / CSO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Co-Founder/CSO role to own, build and run a startup in Maritime Tech. 100% remote work option with salary while employed and potential funding up to €500k. Includes weekly 1:1 coaching with unicorn founders, access to a large founder and investor network, and hands-on help in hiring, product-market-fit iteration, and building a sales/marketing engine. You will help drive financing toward multi-million euro rounds and aim to scale revenues to €100M+. Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation; strong English communication required. You will embed yourself in a fully customized development journey with intensive coaching to prepare the startup for funding, with support in reaching PMF and building out a sales/marketing function.
