Handle day-to-day operations for worldwide shipping agency services and provide round-the-clock client support to meet individual needs. Manage customer service inquiries and ship agency tasks while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Requires English fluency in both spoken and written forms, along with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. This full-time on-site position is located in Alexandria, Egypt, and involves working 24/7 to ensure the highest level of service to all vessel types.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a customer service agent (English Speaking accounts)
- Experience with a ship agency
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written
