Job Summary
Represent clients in maritime and admiralty litigation and related legal matters, advising on regulations, commercial disputes, contracts, and risk management. Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, memoranda, and other legal documents while conducting research to develop litigation strategies. Participate in negotiations, mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials as needed, collaborating with clients to provide proactive solutions and manage case files with exceptional communication. Stay current on developments in maritime and admiralty law. This on-site role in Bedford, Massachusetts, requires a Massachusetts Bar license and prior Maritime or Admiralty Law experience, offering direct client interaction and long-term career growth within a collaborative, results-driven firm.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Bar license
- Maritime or Admiralty Law experience
