Troubleshoot, service, and repair marine power generators with a focus on first-time-right fixes and zero customer complaints. Perform routine checks, replace mechanical and electrical components, and proactively identify potential problems in the workshop and field to ensure optimal unit uptime. Share technical knowledge with team members, utilize service manuals and wiring diagrams to avoid rework, and maintain effective communication with the Foreman, Service Advisor, and Service Manager. Monitor productivity reports, manage reworks and KPIs, and provide 24/7 emergency assistance as required. Apply strong independent troubleshooting skills and adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and specifications.
