Job Summary
Lead end-to-end marine logistics services for Australian Border Force and Defence; manage subcontractors within a Performance Management Framework; ensure interoperability between client and internal systems for secure data exchange; act as primary point of contact for government clients and drive high levels of customer satisfaction; oversee a small, geographically dispersed team and foster a safety-first culture; ensure compliance with HSSEQ policies and regulatory requirements; robust contract management, KPI frameworks, and stakeholder engagement skills; role requires degree in Business/Operations/Supply Chain and eligibility for Australian security clearances.
