Job Summary
Service and repair the mechanical, electrical, and structural components of recreational boats and light commercial equipment on site. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across various engine types and marine components while maintaining a customer-first mindset with an eye for detail. Meet certification requirements or re-certification criteria as needed. Work in a team-oriented environment with manual dexterity and technical mechanical skills. The role includes an hourly rate of $25-$35 plus billable hours, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Candidates with GM, MerCruiser, or general marine industry experience are preferred.
