Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical problems on boats, motors, trailers, and ATVs according to manufacturer specifications. Install accessory items, perform rigging, and conduct water tests with customers to verify work and explain product operation. Advise clients on technical questions and recommendations while maintaining a clean, professional work area. Perform all service and warranty repairs in a timely manner. Requires high school education, understanding of electrical systems, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time position with a starting pay rate of $21.50 to $25.31.
Required Qualifications
- High School education
- Equivalent experience
- Understanding of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner to our customers and associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, associates and customer
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to and in excess of 50 pounds
- Ability to work both inside and outside
- Provide own tools
