Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business, develop expert product knowledge across boats, engines, electronics, and accessories, follow River Valley Marine\'s proven sales process, maintain premium showroom and inventory presentation, and participate in boat shows, events, and promotions. This is a base-plus-uncapped-commission role with significant long-term income growth, centered on providing a high-end ownership experience and turning customers into lifelong enthusiasts. The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, a passion for boating, and the ability to educate customers about products and competing brands.
