Job Summary
Sell and assist customers by demonstrating products, identifying needs, and recommending solutions; maintain shelves and pricing per merchandising guidelines; stay knowledgeable about advertised sales and store programs (e.g., CLUB Membership, in-store pickup); promote and educate customers on products and services while delivering a legendary customer experience; manage merchandise moves, restocking, and store cleanliness; apply basic math for discounts and transactions; operate the POS system and assist with floor coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
- Experience operating a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system
