Job Summary
Manages all aspects of marine construction projects, overseeing budget and cash management, project scheduling, staffing requirements, and resource allocation. Acts as the primary contact for stakeholders, resolves conflicts, and ensures compliance with safety procedures. Requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in personnel management, along with an advanced understanding of project risk management and MS Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage all aspects of the project including construction and budget management
- Capability to develop and manage project schedules
- Experience coordinating with project personnel and stakeholders
- Skill in conducting safety reviews and procedures
- Ability to lead project closeout procedures
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in construction, engineering, or scheduling
- Experience in managing personnel
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong skill to identify, track and manage project risk
- Ability to delegate task-driven responsibilities
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
