Job Summary
Manage the assigned fleet of 12-15 vessels by planning crew changes, maintaining certification compliance, and ensuring vessels are manned with qualified, competent, and compliant personnel. Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 300-350 seafarers, supporting their employment cycle from joining through sailing and leave periods while maintaining accurate personnel records. Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and embarkation logistics with manning offices and port agents to minimize operational disruptions and additional costs. Ensure all crew certifications, licenses, and training remain valid in accordance with STCW, MLC, flag state, and client requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marine personnel/crewing operations
- Knowledge of STCW, MLC, flag state requirements, and crewing practices
- Proficiency in crewing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in writing and conversing in English
