Job Summary

Conduct Hazard identification, Risk Assessment, and verification of work permits while ensuring safe work practices and statutory compliance during Tank Farm, Jetty, and Pipeline operations. Perform OE Walkabouts, HSE Inspections, and fire-fighting equipment testing, then coordinate and supervise in-house crews and contractors on all terminal matters. Manage waste and environmental pollution protocols, respond to Emergency Situations per procedure, and liaise with vessel masters and stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency. Prevent fraud and report equipment abnormalities, while participating in designated trainings to maintain competency.

Required Qualifications

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Preferably with background in oil & gas, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
