Job Summary
Diagnoses, services, and repairs outboard motors, inboard engines, wake boats, boats, trailers; perform warranty, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards; communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers when required; maintain accurate repair documentation; coordinate with Parts and Sales departments; maintain service yard, warehouse organization, and safety standards; uphold 95% shop proficiency; contribute to company-wide success.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Marine Mechanic with valid certification
- 4+ years of marine industry experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Yamaha training and wake boat experience are assets
- Experience with Lightspeed EVO is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
