Job Summary
The Marine Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing tour boats and charter vessels to ensure high-quality guest experiences. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and supporting the daily operations of the fleet. Candidates should possess proven marine engine repair experience, knowledge of hydraulic systems, and strong mechanical skills. Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities are critical for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in marine engine repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems used in boats
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license; boating license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
