Marine Manager

Job Summary
Ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the assigned fleet in accordance with international regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Provide leadership and guidance to Marine Superintendents while serving as the principal point of contact for all marine operations, safety, vetting, and regulatory compliance matters internally and externally. Manage Rightship inspection vetting processes to achieve positive inspection outcomes. Requires at least five years of experience as a Marine Superintendent, a Master Mariner CoC with senior sailing experience on bulkers or containers, and in-depth knowledge of ISM, ISPS, ISO, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. Based in Limassol with hybrid working options.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Marine Superintendent or in a similar shore-based management role
- Master Mariner CoC with senior sailing experience on bulkers/containers
- In-depth knowledge of ISM, ISPS, ISO, and RightShip requirements
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Proven track record in managing Rightship inspection vetting processes and achieving positive inspection
- High sense of initiative, professionalism and responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Multitasking skills
- Excellent communication/report writing skills
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
