Direct daily operations for the department under Group Sales Manager or Department Manager supervision, covering merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service. Prepare to-do lists, execute merchandising directives, and maintain planograms. Coach and motivate associates, coordinate training, and conduct product demonstrations. Resolve customer and associate issues, prepare weekly work schedules, and assist in performance appraisals.
