Job Summary
Analyze, design, maintain, review, and produce DSAT Documentation and processes for customer training sites. Interview subject matter experts to collate technical data and participate in internal workshops to agree findings. Collaborate with courseware and media developers to contextualize training language and ensure correct conditions and standards are applied. Conduct upkeep, update, and revalidation of course technical data while identifying opportunities to improve current training methods. Champion and foster a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement. Work within a hybrid team supporting Defence Systems Approach to Training development for the UK government and global customers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven at sea experience as a Cat A Nuclear watchkeeper
