Join American Nautical Holdings as a Marine Engineer, responsible for leading design and production of new boat models in preparation for the re-launch of Century Boats for its 100th Anniversary. Coordinate with vendors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and oversee structural integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in the marine or boat manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of fiberglass/composite construction and marine propulsion systems
- Familiarity with ABYC and ISO standards
- Hands-on problem solver with excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork ability
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (Marine/Mechanical)
- ABYC certification(s)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
