Marine Construction Superintendent

Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of field and job-site construction to ensure project delivery in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Assess labor and management needs specific to the project and report to the Project Manager. Provide technical assistance by recommending construction methods, suggesting alternatives to mitigate delays and interface issues during design changes, and serve as the first line of communication between the Project Manager and Foremen. Ensure all onsite personnel comply with safety procedures and complete daily reports. Requires 2-3 years of relevant superintendent experience in marine construction, including pile driving and barge work, with knowledge of federal, state, and local safety and environmental laws. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Competitive pay and benefits plans available.

  • Ability to work outdoors on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws on safety and environment and their application to construction

  • Excellent supervisory skills
