Job Summary
Marine Construction Installation Crew needed to build marinas by installing floating docks, traveling to job sites (local and out of town up to 30 days), operate relevant tools, ensure floats are assembled correctly, and follow safety rules. Responsibilities include constructing marina structures per Crew Lead/ Site Manager, operating equipment safely, reporting issues, reading a tape measure, and maintaining attendance and punctuality. Per diem/travel accommodations provided when traveling, local schedule Monday–Friday with overtime on travel weeks; full-time employment with benefits after hire. Must have 2+ years carpentry or related trade, ability to read a tape measure and pass a 100% scoring test, and be physically able to lift up to 75 lbs; steel-toe boots preferred; safety minded.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of carpentry, woodworking or similar trade
- Ability to read a tape measure and pass a pre-employment Tape Measure & Counting Test (must score 100%)
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and be safety minded
- Willingness to travel and stay at jobsite for prolonged periods (up to 30 days)
