Job Summary
Marine Carpenter at Tiara Yachts builds and installs cabinetry, trim, and woodwork on yachts, reading blueprints and layout drawings to assemble components with precise fit and finish. Work includes cutting, fitting, and installing wood elements, using tools such as table saws, routers, jigs, and hand tools, ensuring tight tolerances and smooth transitions between wood and other materials. Collaborate with teammates to complete tasks on schedule while maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role is on the 1st shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm) in Holland, MI, with a full benefits package, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and an uncapped profit-sharing program. Requires experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, or woodworking and the ability to read blueprints and use measuring/layout tools; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in finish carpentry, cabinet making, or woodworking

- Read blueprints, layout drawings, and work instructions to build according to spec
