Job Summary
Marine Account Manager drives ITC Marine revenue growth across Northern Indiana by promoting lighting, molded and electrical solutions to OEM accounts. Primary commercial and technical liaison for the region, responsible for identifying new opportunities, maintaining a growth pipeline equal to at least 25% of current regional sales, leading product development communications, delivering persuasive presentations, and collaborating with engineering, purchasing, and leadership teams. Requires managing complex sales cycles, traveling within the region (up to 50%), and working in a hybrid schedule to balance field and office duties. Proven ability to build long-term OEM relationships, discuss technical requirements, and guide market strategies to expand applications and product categories; strong communication, organization, and CRM/ERP proficiency are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of B2B sales and/or marine/technical industry experience
- Demonstrated success in territory management, technical sales, account development, prospecting, follow-up, and closing
- Experience selling into marine OEM accounts is strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
