Job Summary
Marinator role in Fort Smith, AR: operate marinator tumbler, prepare marination mixtures, record production data, set up paperwork, weigh batch ingredients, monitor temperatures, and support other lines as needed. Duties include tracking batch times, managing material needs for each batch, communicating with support staff, maintaining adherence to established operating systems and BEST practices, and participating in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires ability to read and write, perform basic math, and use a computer; preferred High School Diploma or GED. Stand/walk for entire shift, perform frequent manual tasks, and handle PPE as required.
Required Qualifications

- Have basic computer skills
- Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED
- May be required to obtain and maintain company-issued pallet jack certification
