Job Summary
Create and operate a clean, secure environment ensuring the safety of employees and customers. Recognize the value of premium customer service and execute practices beneficial to both clients and the marina's goals. Manage the flow of docks while interacting with transient boaters and handling operational needs. Drive efficiencies, implement operational improvements, and constantly strive for customer satisfaction. Become an expert sales and boating advocate for the best marina in the Southeastern US. Report to the General Manager and Marina Manager. Requires at least two years of experience in a fast-paced operational environment with strong problem-solving skills and top-notch communication abilities.
