Job Summary

Safely assist customers at the fuel dock, greet them, and process transactions including credit cards, cash, and customer charge accounts. Accurately record fuel and sales transactions on paper logs and in the POS system while maintaining accuracy in a busy environment. Help maintain a clean and organized dock, assist with cleaning boats and light yard work, and monitor dock activity to ensure safe operations around fuel equipment. Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires working 7:30 to 5:00 PM on a rotating basis with Saturdays and Sundays mandatory, earning $18/hr plus tips.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling sales and transactions
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment with multiple customers at once
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Strong customer service
  • Willingness to help with a variety of tasks around the marina
  • Ability to work both weekdays, weekends, and summer holidays
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical work
  • Saturday and Sunday will be a must
