Job Summary
Marina Administrative Manager responsible for liaison between the Property, Accounting, and Operations; manages revenue and accounts payable data feeding accounting system; ensures timely financial statement close and accurate daily deposits processing; collaborates with HR on hiring, onboarding, promotions, and terminations; oversees tracking of contracts, insurance, and registrations; maintains professional on-site presence at marina properties and delivers best-in-class customer service while working in a fast-paced environment; requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds, swim or wear PFD in emergencies, and flexible hours including weekends/holidays; five years of office management or bookkeeping experience and an Associates degree (preferred) with fluent English required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates’ Degree preferred
- minimum of five years’ experience proven in progressive office management and/or bookkeeping responsibilities
- must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- must be available for 24-hour telephone contact for emergency response
