Job Summary
Marina Administrative Manager serves as the on-site liaison among Property, Accounting, and Operations to maintain accurate financial records at marina properties. Responsibilities include processing and confirming monthly financial statements for timely month-end close, overseeing daily deposits (ACH, cash, checks, credit cards), collaborating with HR on hiring/onboarding/promotions/terminations, and tracking contracts, insurance, and registrations. Requires Associates’ degree (preferred) and at least five years of progressive office management and/or bookkeeping experience; strong English communication; ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays; and capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and swimming or using a PFD in emergencies. The role emphasizes customer service, professional on-site presence, and collaboration with General Manager and Regional Controller in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred
- Minimum five years experience in progressive office management and/or bookkeeping
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- Must be available for 24-hour telephone contact for emergency response
- Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty pounds
- Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in emergencies
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications

- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
