Job Summary
Join the Evisceration Department as a Production Processor responsible for following safety guidelines, safely removing all parts inside birds, washing and removing foreign material, and using cutting equipment properly. Candidates must be able to lift birds weighing up to 10 pounds and endure physical demands like standing, bending, and tolerating varying temperatures. A strong foundation in SSOP and GMP practices is preferred, along with attention to detail and self-starting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 10 pound birds
- Must be able to properly use cutting equipment
- Knowledge of SSOP and GMP
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to tolerate hot/cold and wet environments
