Job Summary
Execute daily collateral functions including margin data management, reconciliation, and dispute handling. Partner with internal stakeholders to support margin replication, cost of capital analytics, and reconciliation workflows. Architect and maintain a centralized margin and collateral data platform for external storage while documenting mappings and controls. Support onboarding of new counterparties and ensure data integration aligns with system architecture. Stay informed about evolving margin models and broker reporting practices to translate them into scalable internal systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a Collateral, Margin, or Treasury function
- Strong understanding of margining practices and products (OTC derivatives, futures, cleared swaps)
Desired Qualifications
- SQL and/or Python familiarity is a plus
- Ability to design and optimize tools in close collaboration with engineering teams
