Job Summary
Lead and develop the school’s marching band and related ensembles (marching band, concert band, pep band) through conducting, planning daily rehearsals, organizing after-school camps, preparing students for concerts and contests, and managing program finances. Responsible for fundraising, budgeting for sheet music and travel, maintaining inventories, guiding students in music appreciation and technical skills across instrumental and choral ensembles, coordinating with parents and counselors on pupil progress, and participating in district curriculum and professional development activities to sustain a comprehensive, standards-aligned music program.
