Marble Polishing Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise a marble polishing team, coordinating marble grinding, polishing and crystallization work. Plan production schedules to meet deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure finished pieces meet quality standards. Inspect finished work against templates and dimensions, provide training to team members, and maintain equipment and inventory records. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company quality standards, conduct regular process inspections, and implement corrective actions for any quality issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of marble types, qualities, and processing techniques
- Proficiency with relevant tools and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
