Job Summary
Lead and own the marketing product roadmap and life cycle, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality product capabilities; mentor the product team; drive market analysis, competitive differentiation; partner with technology to build scrum teams; leverage Adobe Workfront/AEM; apply Agile practices; strong emphasis on risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communications; seeks an experienced leader with 8+ years in product development and MarTech/Marketing Product experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Tangibile experience working heavily with a wide range of cross-functional partners on a daily basis and leveraging those relationships for excellent work product
- Extensive knowledge and skill leading engagements with risk and controls teams
- Experience with Adobe Platforms, including Workfront and AEM
- Expertise and comfort building out and owning a roadmap, backlog, full end to end execution and overall comfort and adherence to Agility principles
- MarTech and/or Marketing Product experience
- Experience with Camunda BPMN; Pega; Adobe Workfront; AI
- Expertise with the Atlassian suite
- Experience with executive communications
