Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance support for club facilities and equipment, utilizing the digital reporting system for malfunction logs. Execute technical checklists for club opening and closing, assist cleaning staff with manual labor, and monitor specific plant behaviors to provide feedback to supervisors. Perform standard pool operations including filter control, water filling and draining, and chemical level verification. Track utility meter readings monthly and coordinate with third-party maintenance contractors when required. Operate within a full-time schedule at the Aspresso Club in Rome, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager Italy.
