Conduct routine and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, service spaces, outdoor zones, and mechanical systems. Execute regular inspections to identify improvement opportunities and ensure accurate completion of all company procedures, including maintaining logs for controls, legionella, load/unload, and periodic visits. Verify external contractor work logs against scheduled timelines and organize tasks to enhance service quality and operational functionality. Observe and enforce general and specific safety protocols while maintaining general plant efficiency, with particular attention to security and emergency systems. Full-time schedule spanning Monday through Sunday.
