Job Summary
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, and building systems. Intervene rapidly to resolve malfunctions and perform periodic inspections of technical installations. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and prevention regulations while managing tools and equipment. Collaborate with external suppliers for specialized repairs and share guest feedback with the technical manager. Maintain all facilities in perfect condition to ensure an impeccable guest experience. Work full-time on rotating shifts within the Mama Shelter hotel group, known for its vibrant urban atmosphere and commitment to exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Esperienza in attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria
- Conoscenza generale di impianti elettrici, idraulici e sistemi tecnici
- Esperienza in hotel o nel settore hospitality
