Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections of machines in operation and stopped states using technical forms, and execute preventive maintenance according to the planning schedule. Perform emergency repairs and adjust equipment calibration to reduce Mean Time To Repair, while analyzing root causes and implementing blocking actions. Open and detail technical service notes in the management system, restore machine elements to established standards, and carry out post-maintenance tests. Maintain safety procedures and PPE usage, identify unsafe conditions, and participate in projects to reduce component failures.
Required Qualifications
- Formação CAI ou Técnico Completo em Eletroeletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica, Eletromecânica, Eletricista de Manutenção ou áreas afins
- Certificação NR-10 (Segurança em Instalações e Serviços em Eletricidade) atualizada
Desired Qualifications
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office
- Conhecimento em Sistemas, circuitos e códigos elétricos
- Conhecimento em Normas e regulamentos específicos
- Conhecimento em Procedimentos e padrões de segurança
- Conhecimento em Comandos elétricos, inversores de frequência e soft start
- Conhecimento em Ferramentas de tratativas de quebra (ISHIKAWA, AQF, FACAO)
